-Founder and current president of Boys to Men, non-profit organization that targets and mentors troubled young men between the ages of 13-17; teaches discipline, responsibility and the importance of education.

-Coached AA Baseball Team for three consecutive years; led the team from last place to winning a championship in 2010.
